Allstar Performance – ALL18552 Weld-On Nut,1/2″-13

Being a machinist, I could easily make (4) 1/2-13 threaded inserts for less than $3 so these are really overpriced but seeing how I have other repairs on my agenda, this became more of a time saver than anything else.Would I ever buy these again? Probably not seeing how cheap I can make them when I have the time to do so. Basically, it would cost me $0.70 per threaded insert to machine and a little bit of my time in case you were wondering how bad you’re getting ripped off!The insert dimensions are as follows…Collar OD – 1″Length – 1.25″Insert OD = 3/4″Thread Pitch = 13tpi (1/2″)
