The new core features 33% larger inlet and outlet water passages, for significantly increased flow capacity over stock or other aftermarket intercooler cores. The SHD (super high density) offset fin design allows increased cooling capacity in the same area vs standard density fin. With the billet flange, the SHD core was able to utilize 10% more surface area for increased cooling capacity. Put all this together and you have a more efficient intercooler that fits with the stock supercharger system, while being upgradeable with our intercooler manifold.
