This system has been developed in-house using high-grade stainless steel tubing, precision purge tig welding, and a performance focused layout that delivers improved exhaust flow, reduced back pressure, and enhanced turbocharger response.The system begins with an oversized 3.5 inch dump pipe that efficiently extracts heat and gas velocity from the turbocharger. This promotes faster spool characteristics and stable boost control under load. Exhaust flow continues through a full 3 inch mandrel bent system, designed to maintain consistent cross-sectional area from the turbine outlet to the tail section. A stainless steel flex join isolates vibration and protects against chassis movement common in IFS vehicles.To suit touring and off-road use, the system uses a single straight-through muffler that eliminates drone inside the cabin while preserving optimal flow.
