Adams’ policy is to keep wood in special climate-controlled rooms for 8 years to insure precise aging. The instruments from this wood produces phenomenal sound, a much faster, clearer tone and pitch. Exactly what all marimba players want. Adams marimba converstion kits expand a 4.3 octave to a 5.0 octave marimba or contract a 5.0 octave to a 4.3 octave marimba. Available for both Artist and Artist Classic Series. This feature makes the Adams Artist Series the only marimba that can grow and be flexible with your musical and performance needs.
