The media could not be loaded.I have given this product 4 stars only because it will be nice if it had the quick plastic connect. However this is not a problem. My 4 star is to let you know is not ready for you to replace it. First you would need to do is remove the you oldone out of your oil diffuse. My disc along was 16mm diameter. Then when you get this replacement you will like me have to cut the wires and solder them to the portion with the quick connection and pieces of wire from your old one. If you have the means to solder this is easy. You could also splice the tip of your wires and twist them together put some electrical tape on them and your mist maker is ready to go. Because of this little doing I say it is not perfect but this is easy and they work realllly good. had it running for 24 hours straight and it is still going strong. The one that came with my diffuser was, nicely put, garbage. The oil diffuser as a whole is nice the diffuser was defective, i think.In any case if you need this product and do not mind the extra effort I mentioned then get this. I think you will be content with your purchase. Good luck!
