[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You need to let customers know that you have got to stretch out the belt first before even attempting to get it on the wheel! I tried and tried, and finally after I stretched it, it was a bit easier to get it on, but it is hard. I workout everyday, and it was everything I could do to get it on the wheel! A elderly person couldn’t get this on if their life depended on it! All in all, Im glad I purchased it so I could get my vaccum running again. Thank you for even having the part!!
