Anolon Advanced Home Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying/Saute/All Purpose Pan with Lid and Helper Handle, 12 Inch, Moonstone Dark Gray

I needed new pots and pans and was looking at purchasing another brand when I saw the Anolon Advanced Hard Anondized Nonstick brand here on amazon.com. Based on the overall reviews for Anolon Advanced Hard Anondized Nonstick products, I decided to bite the bullet and buy this from Amazon. I then also purchased an 11 piece set from their site.I haven’t had my pans long and don’t do a whole lot of cooking because I work 40 hours, but so far I couldn’t be happier! I follow the instructions on care very closely.I believe you are not to use spray oil such as Pam on these and I haven’t, but I do use it on all my other pans to ease in cleaning and keep foods from sticking to the bottom. No worry with anything sticking to the bottom of these!Last night I made boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a different Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick pan. According to the manufacturer’s instructions I did not spray the pan. I browned my chicken breasts in a little bit of organic raw coconut oil. The oil cooked away with no burning or scorching of the pan. Once the chicken breasts were browned on both sides I added a can of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken soup to the pan, covered it, turned down the heat, let it simmer for about 20 minutes and it was ready. It’s just me and hubby so we serve ourselves from the pots and pans so the food stays in the pan til we are finished eating.Well, let me tell you just how easy these are to clean. I don’t even mind washing them by hand (they are NOT to go in the dishwasher) because they clean up so easily. After supper, I put the leftovers away, and let me tell you the rest of the soup just slid out of the pan – nothing stuck! I then put my Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized pan in the sink with some Dawn and hot water and washing it was a breeze!I highly recommend this brand but encourage you to follow the instructions closely. Do not use spray oils such as Pam, do not put in the dishwasher and be sure and use only nylon or silicone utensils. Their warrany is a good one but will be null and void if their instructions are not followed.I am so happy I chose this brand over the other very popular brand that starts with a “C”!
