My very old obsolete garage door opener still works great, but remote was broke. This $13 remote saved me $100s. I didn’t test ultimate range, but I kept walking and trying until I got about 75 ft from garage, and it was still functioning, so turned around , it was plenty strong, It has a very small profile, and packaging looked rather new.The only warning: this is not a tradition 9v battery (as in smoke detectors) as I assumed, but a 23A battery which is included (5pak about $6 on prime) Supposed To last 100,000 clicks so even if I have to replace a few times I am $$$ ahead because I didn’t have to replace opener.The first brand I got from Amazon didn’t work, thanks to Prime free returns it wasn’t an issue to get a refund on that.
